It is well known how food and diet can have a direct effect on how your skin looks and feels – not only that, but how youthful you look overall.

It is possible to maintain and have youthful looks even at a old age – but you need to have dedication and discipline to do so, and it will also reward you with good health too.

In Eastern Medicine, we know that dampness (eating too much) is a major cause of the speed of aging most people in the modern age go through – so the first step in reducing the aging process is reducing calories and increasing nutrient density.

Peach Seed: This is one of the few and rarely understood herbs in the Chinese herbal book which few understand. Of course it isn’t a herb, but a seed – but in Chinese herbology, a lot of weird things are inside the herbal books, which are parts of animals, and end up being referred to as herbs.

Obviously there are many types of food out there that can help someone recover from exhaustion – the reason I post about this specific one, as this is as much a medicine as it is a food, and from my experience, it is one of the best foods you can regularly eat.

Food for Hair Growth – Top 3 Vital Foods for Hair Growth

food for hair growthThere is a whole thing argument about what foods are best for hair growth in men and women – one side talks about certain foods being better, and the vegetarian food eaters talk about the other side.

Unfortunately if you are a vegetarian and are trying to improve hair growth – it will be very difficult to do so, as we require actual animal protein to benefit from increased absorption.

We don’t take sides on what type of diet is best for a human – as this varies by requirements and their end goal – so this we leave to you – but as far as diet for best foods for hair growth, you will definitely have to eat meat, and yes, lean red meat is on the top of the list as follows:

1. Lean Red Meat: This is often misunderstood, but you must be eating enough of this type of meat, ideally from beef, to benefits from increased protein absorption. No, beans do not do the same thing – it is not just the nutrient you want, it is also the energy of that nutrient and how easy it is for the body to make use of it (bioavailability).

2. Biotin: This is already a well known supplement to take for helping with hair growth, but this alone will not do much if you don’t take other foods that have biotin present in it, or at least eat it with a food like red lean meat.

3. Collagen: Whilst this too is not an actual food, but a supplement, it still is vital for hair growth. This can be purchased online from amazon, and is very cheap for the amount you get. The idea is to eat collagen to then break it down in the down, and have the right amino acids in the right ratios, to allow the body to make its own collagen. So the collagen you end up taking is not the same collagen, but supplementing from it, has been found, without doubt, to improve skin and hair at a very fast rate (alarmingly fast!).

Stopping the further fall of hair is easier than regrowing; although if you aren’t fully bald, then even regrowing some amount of hair is possible (some percentage of it at least – from studies conducted).

Science has figured out ways on how to regrow – but they are still developing a possible cure to baldness once and for all – and if you can hold onto the amount of hair you already have, by doing various methods (such as the ones listed on this article here), at least until the actual cure is released.
