		<description>I liked the explanations of the individual chakras. What I&#039;ve also learned is that the energy comes in BOTH from the bottom up (root chakra) and from the top down (crown chakra); and that energy, however, weak or strong, can still travel among all chakras.  I feel this explanation makes sense because it can explain how some people are exceptionally intuitive and loving, yet still have problems with more concrete aspects of life, such as finances. Or in the cases where children are born with devastating diseases, yet they are able to develop their hearts, intuition and their ability to have deep understanding of life and vocalize it.

It also seems that it&#039;s important to recognize which chakras as weak or blocked and allow the others to help strengthen them. 

Describing our life energy coming only from one energy center, seems limited, in regard to what I&#039;ve learned and experienced.</description>
