Restore your vision naturally – A personal Story

I woke up one morning and noticed my eyes were unable to focus onto objects – at first I thought it’s probably sleep related as I did not sleep well that night. As the day progressed, I expected my eyes to be able to focus – this never happened.

When I was getting ready for bed that evening, I was a little less worried, thinking, I will get a good night’s sleep and everything will be okay – its only tiredness…

What happened the next day was disturbing – My eyes seemed to have gotten worse. I panicked – realizing it could possibly be because of using the computer too much. Despite that, I still went to my computer and searched for possible natural cures, and found eye exercises. My search progressed to see if there is any scientific evidence for or against them. I was so desperate that only after scanning a few articles on eye exercises, I was already trying them out.

“I learnt the reason eye exercises worked; the eyes have muscles just like the rest of the body, which weaken over time IF they are not exercised and not provided with adequate nutrition”

After doing the eye exercises that day – and resting my eyes, I noticed an immediate improvement – which made me wonder if I ever even had blurred vision. Waking up the next morning I noticed a dramatic improvement; I saw more clearly – more colours, more details; for me, this was confirmation that those eye exercised helped me.

I learnt the reason eye exercises worked; the eyes have muscles just like the rest of the body, which weaken over time IF they are not exercised and not provided with adequate nutrition.

I came across several eye exercise programs – some free, some requiring payment; some were too general and did not explain in enough detail on how to do the exercise – some seemed so complex it was difficult to understand – and of course there were some good vision improvement programs like the Rebuild your Vision program.
