Funny News: Nature Significantly Boosts Vitality


Nature boosts feelings of vitality according to experiments published in the Journal of Psychology (which involved over 500 students) .

Lead author, Richard Ryan, professor of psychology, psychiatry, and education at the University of Rochester, in New York, said “Nature is fuel for the soul.

“Often when we feel depleted we reach for a cup of coffee, but research suggests a better way to get energized is to connect with nature.” – Professor Richard Ryan

I find it funny that we have to actually hear scientists tell us of how “nature is good for you” when the evidence (from experience) always pointed towards nature – be it by walking in the park for 20minutes, or by taking a herbal remedy to help your body heal from an ailment.
